Izzy Murdy, MBA

Izzy is an MBA graduate from the University of Notre Dame who has acted as a finance executive and provided outsourced CFO services, financial, and investor relations services to early and growth stage businesses. She has seen a company to exit and has over 16 years experience in building financial infrastructure, systems, and processes from the ground up to take companies from revenue generation to accelerated growth. She has defined and supported company wide strategy to drive opportunities and growth. Companies she has worked with range from software-service, product-based, health and fitness, real estate development, and more. Annual revenues of these businesses range from start-up to $80MM with employee sizes of 20 to over 80. Her main objectives are to implement and refine accounting and finance practices, controls and monitor financial and operating performance to prioritize when, where, and how to drive changes.

Stacy brings over 24 years of accounting and finance experience to assist with your company’s special short or long-term projects where continuity is essential. Alex serves as a Finance Analyst, where he supports financial operations through reporting, cash flow analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, and KPI tracking. He builds and refines dashboards and forecasting tools to drive decision-making and support fiscal discipline. Alex also contributes to day-to-day accounting and month-end close processes. Alex developed a well-rounded background in both accounting and finance through experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors. Ale is a Senior Accountant with a B.S. in Accounting and 10 years of experience, including 4 years working with US-based clients across multiple industries. She specializes in end-to-end bookkeeping, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and AR/AP management across a diverse client portfolio. Maria has hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Stripe, Amazon, Uber Eats, Toast, and DAP, with deep expertise in fee review, payout analysis, and platform workflows. Her competencies include COGS calculations, inventory analysis, gross margin reporting by product line and sales channel, cash flow projections, and liquidity planning.
